FastForm is an ActiveX control for Visual Basic developers who want full control over the look and operation of their forms, but do not want to produce tedious and sometimes tricky code to do so.
FastForm is ideal for inexperienced developers as well as experienced ones, as the control can be used with ABSOLUTELY NO PROGRAMMING. Just drop a FastForm control onto a form, set the properties you wish to use in the Visual Basic Properties Window, and build your form.
For the experienced developer, the FastForm properties are all available at run-time to give you even more control over your form's operation. Changing a property or calling a method at run-time will intuitively perform operations on related properties, removing the requirement to change multiple properties.

Installation
____________
1. Create a temporary folder.
2. Unzip FastForm.zip to the folder you created.
3. Run SETUP.EXE from the temporary folder.
4. The Setup program will install the ActiveX Control and Help files into your Windows System folder, and automatically register the ActiveX Control. It will also install the sample application and source code into your Program Files folder (this can be changed during setup).
5. Start Visual basic and either load the sample project or follow step 6 below to insert the control into your Toolbox.
6. From the "Project" menu, select "Components", and select the "Controls" tab (default). The FastForm Contol should be listed near the top of the list of controls as "!CT Software - FastForm". Select the checkmark next to this entry and then click "OK". The FastForm control will now be available in your Toolbox.
Note: To keep the size of the installation files to a minimum, only the required files have been included. This means that you MUST have Visual basic 5 with Service Pack 2 (or greater) installed on your computer before installing FastForm,
Removing fastForm From Your System

1. Select the Add/Remove Programs from the Control Panel.
2. Find the FastForm entry in the list, and click on the Add/Remove Button.

FastForm includes on-line help. To access the help, select the control, property or event in the Properties Window, Object Browser, or Property Page, or select a keyword in the Code Pane, and press F1.

Registration

FastForm is Shareware. You must register the control before distributing it in your applications. See on-line help for information on registering the control.
The Shareware version has no limitations placed on it, other than an About Box that pops up from time to time, reminding you that the control is not registered.
Upon registration you will recieve a Registration Key, either by E-mail or Post, whichever you prefer. This Key will give you the right to distribute the control with your applications.
